I eat at this location very frequently due to its proximity to my office; and today I found a significantly sized hair in my salad. When I called them up to discuss, I spoke with a very unapologetic and indifferent customer service agent named Joy. After four subsequent calls I was told I needed to return to the restaurant for a refund on my credit card. This is the single worst case of customer service recovery in the history of the hospitality industry - "Guest walks to restuarant and buys salad, guest walks back to office to eat said salad and find hair, guest calls restaurant to address, guest makes three subsequent calls, and finally guest is required to return to the same store to receive the refund."
