The bridge is a single cable-stayed bridge with twin towers. It is pulled by 186 steel cables and is fixed in star shape. The top of the tower is like two "sheep horns", which means Yangcheng and Sanyang Kaitaifu. Haiyin Bridge is also named because the north end of the bridge is located in the sea-print stone of Yangcheng Sanshi.
