Haicang Temple Review

As an old temple, Haizang Temple is still very famous in Wuwei, but because he is not much on tourism promotion, many people come to Wuwei to travel and will not come here to visit. With Wuwei's emphasis on tourism and the development of Wuwei tourism will be the future, it will definitely get better and better, because a wetland park is now developed in front of the Haiburial Division, and there will be many locals here to play. If you walk into the Haizang Temple like me, you will be attracted by the ancient architecture and the simplicity of the temple. The first thing that attracted me when I walked into the temple was the large plaques with different colors on the top of the temple. These are historical testimony and the authentic relics left by literati and ink guests. The more you go inside, the more you can feel the ancient Haizang Temple, and the more you can feel the cultural heritage of Haizang Temple. In addition, I would like to thank the master inside, because when I walked into a large hall for repairs, there was no way to go in to see, but I expressed my intention with the master. The master specially opened the door for me and appreciated the exquisite murals inside. This is also the most precious place in this trip.

海藏寺又称清华禅寺，因寺院周围林泉茂盛、无量殿藏有经文而得名。位于凉州城西北2.5公里处，占地13460平方米。明宪宗赐名清华禅寺，故又称清华禅寺。是西北保存较完整的古建筑之一，被誉为“西北梵宫之冠”，清朝时期，康熙皇帝的亲家孙思克题写寺名海藏禅林，为全国重点文物保护单位。海藏寺是凉州在历史上具有重大影响的寺院，对研究甘青地区古代建筑史、建筑技术、建筑文化具有重要价值。是凉州乃至西北最有影响力的佛教活动道场、现存最为完整的千年宝刹圣地。每至日出时分，海藏寺牌楼东侧一缕青烟袅袅而上，盘旋于白杨、垂柳之间，缥缥缈缈，给海藏古刹增添了一种神奇绝妙的气氛，被称作“海藏烟柳”、“日出寒烟”，为凉州八景之一。寺内有一座古灵钧台，是十六国时期建都姑臧（今武威）的河西五凉政权之一的前凉（301—376年）张茂时修筑的高台建筑。这座闻名西北的高台因宏大的规模以及记载着前凉时期的政治、军事防御措施而被载入史册，并被后世文人所咏叹。
