Phnom Penh's Four Arms Bay is located behind the palace of the Donglisa River and the upper and lower Mekong River, and there is a Basha River at the intersection. The river is wide, the river is not very clear but not too muddy, and there are many water plants floating on the river. The dam is built along the entire bay for visitors to watch. We sat by the river bank and watched the sunset, tourists like weaving, small merchants and hawkers hawking and walking, a peaceful atmosphere.
