The Abastes Market was for many years the largest fruit and vegetables, meat and other food shopping centre in the city. It worked until 1984 and then abandoned, which causes a great problem to the citizens and traders of the city, as they moved the shopping centre to what is currently known as the Central Market, The city's outdoors.Today it is a shopping centre that maintains the structure and facade, but belongs to private capitals. The shot is and was a portian symbol. The Abastos district is very popular for its tangery and rocky environment, Luca Prodan revived all that musical history and raised the lost image of this cultural phenomenon. It really worth visiting it and seeing that construction that is very well maintained!

Abasto market is a place worth visiting in the city center ~ Take a taxi and tell the driver that Abasto market is generally known, more lively, there are fruits and specialties, small goods specialties are particularly many, and there are a wide range of food to choose from

The abasto market, located in downtown Buenos Aires, is the city's famous market, the Abasto market interior is gorgeous and exquisite, spacious and bright, and it is enjoyable to go shopping inside.

I love the architecture of this place. It's BA's most beautiful and unique art deco building. Once the central food market, it has been converted into a well-designed shopping mall. The top floor is a huge playground for kids.

The Abasto of Buenos Aires is one of the biggest Shopping centers in Buenos Aires, with more than 250 brands, a Hoyts movie theater, and a really big and complete food court.Located at Almagro neighborhood, this place used to be a wholesale of fruits and vegetables from 1893 to 1984. Now, completely refurbish and keeping the main building structure and front, became one of the tops shoppings centers at Buenos Aires.
