The Chicago Futures Exchange (CHICAGO BOARD OF TRADE) was established in 1848. There are two goddess sculptures at the entrance, which symbolize agriculture and industry. They were established in 1885. The architectural renovation was destroyed in 1929. In 2005, two new elegant sculptures were erected again. Nearby are financial institutions such as the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF CHIACAGO). The exchange is near the railway station, and there are many buses on NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE, the so-called Magnificent Mile street.
