The historical center of Bruges is a typical medieval city, preserved a number of centuries ago and is one of the UN's world heritage sites. There is the oldest town hall in Belgium, where the collection of the Holy Blood of Jesus, where Michelangelo was the only one to stay outside of Italy. In the beautiful and petite Bruges, the best way to visit is to walk, surrounded by city walls, towering gates, small bridges, and horseshoes echoing in the narrow, deep alleys. Choose a restaurant in the square, sit in the open air, basking in the sun, and be a gentle drunkard.

Brugge is a charming fairytale of a town in West Flanders, Belgium 🇧🇪 It is beautiful in all seasons really, but fall stole my heart. With fiery ivy enveloping old buildings, spontaneous pumpkin patches in courtyards, relaxing boat trips on a sunnier day and an unlimited amount of chocolate... how can you not be happy when in Brugge during fall? The cinnamon scent of warm waffles and steaming hot cocoa, the sound of wind dancing with trees that are slowly turning orange... Brugge paints a fall fairytale upon the very first moment of arrival. May I share with you some of my favourite moments from that autumnal day.

The Church of Our Lady in the ancient city of Bruges, Belgium, was built in the thirteenth century and is the tallest brick church in continental Europe. The towering towers are majestic and can be seen anywhere in the ancient city. There is a famous art treasure in the church: Michelangelo's "Mother and the Holy Child", this is the only Michelangelo statue outside Italy. At the central altar there is also a statue of Charlie Charlie and his daughter Burgundy Mary, which is also very beautiful.
