The Embarcadero, also known as the Embarcadero, is a coastal road along the eastern part of the San Francisco Bay in San Francisco, United States. Start at 2nd Street and King Street near AT&T Field and head north over the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. The seaside walkway between Harrison Street and Broadway was named HerbCaenWay after the death of a well-known local columnist Caen in 1997. Then continue north, past the Ferry Building at the Market Street intersection, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, ending at Pier 45. The section between Folsom Street and Drumm Street used to be called East Street. The Embarcadero has a long history and pleasant scenery. There are well-known attractions in San Francisco along the way. It is a good choice to stroll here in your spare time.

Photowalk at Embarcadero
This was an unplanned trip because I only asked the BART staff which touristy place I can go. One of them replied to go to Embarcadero.
I went and got off at the Embarcadero station. I just kept walking around. I was able to see a waterfront with a view of Baybridge. Some people were fishing around. There's a Marketplace and Ferry Building where I had my lunch and I kept browsing the shops too. There's an Exploratorium but it's closed on Monday so I wasn't able to enter
Overall, I enjoyed my photo walk here.
