2025 Mount Tamborine Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in February)

Came here in late autumn with my partner to see the autumn leaves. It’s been many times we came to Tambourine Mountain but the first time here in the Botanical Garden. We’re here during the weekday, so very quiet and peaceful. We walked around and felt we’re like walking into a Japanese garden once we saw the Tori here. Although it’s a bit late for the autumn leaves but we still saw the beautiful garden with different sorts of flowers and trees. We also visited the nursery garden and bought a few plants home. Just enjoyed the visit and if you haven’t been here before like us, definitely recommend this to you! #good gor family #no admisdion fee

My partner and I had a short trip in Tambourine Mountain and we came here for breakfast before we headed back home. We both ordered the traditional breakfast, one with bacon and one with sausages. For drinks, I had a flat white and my partner had a cuppacinno. As the weather was pretty good on that day, so we picked a table outside as we both liked watching people and the happenings around. The breakfast was hot, good in portion and tasty. The coffees were good too, so we really enjoyed our breakfast there. #reasonable price #good location

Tamborine has some interesting shops and restaurants to say the least, but his “Polish Place” had beautiful views and tasty dumplings! What’s more there is also a viewing platform to look at enjoy some incredible views. Visited the Mount Tamborine Skywalk and got to enjoy blue skies and sunshine over the treetops as well as spotting some wildlife on the forest floor with a water dragon and a loghopper. It was a great day out and a massive contrast to the city, although Brisbane isn't too bad. best wine here.. I went there with 3 people, father, mother and son. We stopped to taste the wine here. It was really great. The wine was really good. The taste was very good. Amazing views and greenery, the hike was around 1.5hrs long and perfect for beginners. Mount Tambourine has the freshest air to breathe. The wildlife is incredible and diverse. Highly recommend a day trip or visiting some of the rainforest hotels for a luxury stay in a slower environment to escape the city rush. Nice and easy walk for about 1km, couple of lookouts for photos. Nearby have few cafes for a quick bite or break. Highly recommended for lite hiking.
