Founded in the early Song Dynasty, Quzi Academy has a history of more than a thousand years. It forms a whole with Quzi Temple on the banks of Miluo River. They have moved several times in history, but they have always been together. After the founding of New China, Quzi Academy was converted into a school and was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. The reconstruction of Quzi Academy with a total investment of nearly 200 million yuan is the core project of Quzi Cultural Park. It covers an area of ​​140 acres and has a main building area of ​​14,118 square meters. The main construction contents include the academy auditorium, lecture hall, teaching room, library, sacrificial hall, Qu Yuan Research Institute, etc. However, when I visited it today, except for one staff member in a small cultural and creative shop, the entire academy was really deserted.
