Stayed at the best hotel ever

The reason I chose this hotel was first and foremost because the name of the hotel caught my attention. Then, let me talk about the check-in experience. On the day of booking, customer service called to send us the hotel's location and the underground parking information. As soon as we entered the lobby, a beautiful lady helped us with our luggage and then we proceeded to check in, which was almost seamless. The entire check-in process was very fast. At the hotel front desk, you could really feel their warm service. They arranged a room for us on a high floor. While the lady was escorting us to our room, I added her on WeChat. She recommended a nearby night market and provided us with a map of an ancient town. The service was very considerate. Now, let's talk about the hotel's facilities. The environment is very nice, the room is spacious and clean. What surprised me the most was that the bedding was not white but a kind of gray, which felt very upscale. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, and the room's minibar had a wide selection of drinks. Then there's the breakfast. The restaurant is on the eighth floor, offering a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, with a wide variety. You can watch TV while having breakfast, which is quite nice. I would like to highlight the thoughtful service provided by the beautiful lady at the front desk.
