Then, you will be given a number with many digits, which is the interval for your queue to go up the tower. The entrance will call out numbers. The area on top of the Seoul Tower is not very large, and it also takes some time to queue up and down the stairs, so if you just want to see the night view, you actually don't need to buy a ticket; you can just watch from below.
