The freshness is evident, and my friend couldn't help but exclaim, "This is top-notch!" 👍 If you're in a group, I recommend starting with the gigantic seafood platter from the wind-protected bay, which includes a variety of ultra-fresh seafood such as prawns, crabs, squid, sea snails, and shrimps. It's like a seafood party! Despite being from the wind-protected bay, the meat is still incredibly tender. 🦐🦑🦞 Many people have misconceptions about grilled fish, but the traditional method of preparing grouper will change your perspective! The fish is prepared in a way that retains its original flavor while enhancing its texture, and the addition of garlic cloves elevates the taste. 🐠 Grilled salmon bone, grilled lemon salmon, grilled eel skewers, and more - who knew seafood skewers could be so delicious? There's also the grilled five-spice meat skewer, which tastes like a five-spice roll but in skewer form. Highly recommended! 🍢 Of course, there's also the Sri Lankan small green dragon, a dish that's hard to find in the Eighth Market. The presentation is exquisite, and the taste is excellent, especially with the added aroma of mushrooms. 🍄 Additionally, the grilled scallops with fruits and vegetables, grilled oysters, baked clams with XO sauce, and the colorful Chaozhou-style pickled barrel and Chaozhou-style snails are all fantastic dishes. In such a small shop, it's surprising to find so many unexpected delicacies.
