Excellent Customer Service

We stayed here last night after a Capitals game and would definitely stay here in the future. The bed was extremely comfortable and very big as it was a king. We accidentally parked on the other side and had a good distance to walk to from our hotel. When we got there to check in the men who were at the desk were extremely sweet. They greeted us and asked where we parked and were upset to hear we parked and had to walk. Even though it wasn’t the fault of their own they decided to compensate our parking. We were able to move our car to the hotels lot free of charge. It was very easy to get from the garage to the hotel. Our room was beautiful and had more than what we needed. Checkout was painless. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of.
