Vodnjan!

Vodnjan is a town in Istria and it is super underated, some travelling tips: 1) According to travel blogs, this place has alot of old buildings, true enough, when I was there, you can really feel the historic nature of the buildings. 2) Olive oil manufacturers and shops are all around vodnjan and it is a place where olive trees are grown too! Some names like Birst, Chivalon, Meloton are famous olive oil manufacturers. 3) Vodnjan is very very near pula, so be sure to visit when Vodnjan if you are in the area. 4) October is harvesting period so there are rarely olove oil tours or tasting available, where possible go during april to sep where u can go on tasting and educational tour.
