The UNESCO site of Chichen Itza

#voyagevibes This ancient ruins group has a lot of ruins on a huge site. Even though I'm not familiar with history, I didn't get bored even if I spent half a day there. I was really impressed by the detailed paintings and meticulously calculated buildings that were carved in an era when there was almost no technology or tools! And there are many souvenir shops on the premises. Everyone called out to me when I passed by, and they kept saying "almost free!!" but I'm sure they're lying! But I was happy because it was my first time negotiating the price and it went pretty well.
