After eating crabs at Jumbo, we just caught the 20:00 boat. It was really nice to take a tour with the boat and see the scenery. The only problem was that the explanation was in English, which was not friendly to poor students. I could only understand some of it with difficulty. It would be better if I could plug in my own headphones and listen to the Chinese explanation like in the Night Safari.
visit this bar called iki at riverwalk. it has a really nice view of the singapore river. you can also walk further down to boat quay
A must visit when in Singapore. You can take a river cruise or stroll along the river to see Merlion, Jubilee Bridge, Asian Civilization Museum, Clarke Quay. Experience Singapore's culture and food all along the river too
The Singapore River is Singapore's mother river. Early immigrants depended on it for trade and livelihood. The whole river is a few kilometers or so, which is far from the Pearl River in Guangzhou, but the clean water of the river can not be compared with that of the Pearl River. Walking along the river, you will pass many famous scenic spots and very distinctive buildings. For example, Fishtail Park, Jinsha Hotel, Ferris Wheel and so on. If you are afraid of walking too tired, you can also choose to boat in the upper reaches of the river. The opening time is the last vessel from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. It takes about half an hour and the fare is 15 Singapore dollars for adults. There are several wharfs (Clara, Barge and Robertson wharfs) along the banks of Singapore River. We purchased Panoramic Singapore (400 yuan), including Universal Studios, Ferris Wheels and other attractions. Cruise ship projects are also included. Exchange tickets at Kra Pier. Take the subway NE line and get off at Clarke Quary. Personally, I would recommend coming to this cruise ship in the evening. Because Krakow Wharf is quieter in the daytime and more prosperous in the evening. Lights are red, wine is green, and the chips are interlaced. It's very lively. If it's a day cruise, it's hot! In the evening, you can first see the true face of both sides of the Straits, then go to the shopping mall opposite Krakow Wharf (famous meat and bone tea, after the shopping mall) for a meal, and then start to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the cross-strait lights at the beginning of the cruise ship, which is really praiseworthy. Cruise Line: Clara Wharf - Robertson Wharf - Fish Liontail Park - Binhai Bay - Jinsha Hotel - Ferris Wheel. Every time we go to a scenic spot, the boat will play a brief history video about the scenic spot, but it is in full English with no subtitles. As we arrived at the Ferris wheel at the next stop, we got off the ship halfway. But in fact, only a few stations can get off. Before boarding the ship, ask the attendant clearly, otherwise the ship will sail back to the Kra dock all the time. They are very friendly and will remind us when they arrive. This is a tourist attraction that can learn about Singapore's history and experience its busy nightlife. It is worth recommending.
The Singapore River runs from the source of the Jinsheng Bridge to the Marina Bay, and since 2008, the Singapore River has become a Vale after being built on the South Marina dike. The mouth of the Singapore River is the old port of Singapore, which originally developed around the port, so the mouth became a trading, commercial and financial center.
The duck boat is right here in Binhai Bay. There are Jinsha Hotel, Ferris Wheel (unfortunately, too late, not to go), Merlion Park (from this point of view, there is no need to run to the park on land). Along the way, there are explanations on the duck boat. Because of the limited English level, we can only listen to them.
Mother River in Singapore. Night tour is very beautiful. The two sides of the river are the commercial and trade center of Singapore. Because of the beautiful night scenery and the distribution of many delicacies on both sides, we ordered precious seafood online ahead of time. It was very pleasant to take a walk along the river. The delicacies of Clara Pier are also very rich, but we only passed across from it. The colorful houses are very characteristic! Walking along the river, visitors can visit many memorable signs and buildings such as Merlion Park, Raffles Landing Site, Art House of the Old Parliament Building in Singapore and Victoria Memorial Hall in Singapore.
The route is quite unique, and you can see buildings of different styles. There are also some food streets by the river, making it convenient for finding food!
