The temple was originally built in the Ming Dynasty and was originally named Pujisi, but was renamed Wangyun Temple in the Qing Dynasty. The front yard has a mountain gate, Heavenly King Hall, bell tower, drum tower, etc., and the back yard has a Daxiong Treasure Hall, Guanyin Hall, Dizang Hall, etc. The temple enshrines Buddha statues, bronze statues of Thousand-Hand Guanyin, etc., which are one of the rare bronze statues in the country. The Maitreya Buddha statue in the courtyard and the Snake Immortal Cave 2 in the backyard are very distinctive. When I went there, the main gate was closed.
