Stepping into this classic restaurant hidden in an antique alley in Taipei, what greets the eyes is a nostalgic and elegant decor, exuding an elegant and serene French romantic atmosphere. The chefs at the restaurant are all top-notch culinary experts. Each classic French dish they skillfully prepare is not only visually exquisite and tempting, but also unique in taste and flavor. My favorite is the premium tender grilled steak, a top-quality meat that is tender, juicy, and aromatic, along with the exclusive blackcurrant wine stew sauce. Even after more chewing, the taste remains rich and fragrant, truly unforgettable. In addition, Aiphon's series of classic appetizers and exquisite desserts have also left an indelible impression on me.
