Visit the most intact royal mansion of the peasant rebel army – the Loyalty Mansion

Loyalty Mansion is located on Dongbei Street in Gusu District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Humble Administrator's Garden. It was the royal mansion of Li Xiucheng, the Loyalty King of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, and is the largest existing royal mansion of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, as well as the most intact royal mansion of a peasant rebel army in Chinese history. The architectural style of Loyalty Mansion is characteristic of the delicate and exquisite type found in the Jiangnan region, creating an atmosphere of 'little bridges over flowing water, with rocks and flowers', mainly including the official residence, private residence, and garden, with a unique architectural art style. Inside, there is even a stage for performances, which shows that the leaders of the peasant rebel army knew how to enjoy life.
