This is also the place visited 15 years ago, and the changes are still significant. As one of China's historical and cultural cities, Shexian County in Anhui is located at the southern foot of Mount Huangshan, and is a dazzling pearl on the golden tourism line between Mount Huangshan and Hangzhou, Qiandao Lake. Shexian was established during the Qin dynasty, and since the Tang dynasty, it has been the site of state and prefectural governments, historically known as 'Huizhou Prefecture'. Huizhou, as a regional name, has a long history. Its predecessors went through a lengthy process from being 'the capital of the three emperors', a land of 'barbarians' under the jurisdiction of Wu, Yue, Chu, and Qin establishing Pei Shexian, Xindu County, Xin'an County, to Shexian State. In the third year of Emperor Huizong of Song's Xuanhe era (1121 AD), Shexian State was renamed to Huizhou.
