Watch the sunrise and the volcanic group from the mountaintop viewing platform, walk less but stay very long at night, very cold; trekking Bromo is very sunny, a lot of volcanic ash, walking distance is far and the climbing height is large. I have organized the precautions during the process, and the sisters can save it: 📝【Itinerary for the day】 0:30, meet with the driver, depart from Malang hotel 3:00, arrive at the mountaintop viewing platform, eat and take pictures of the galaxy 5:00, dawn, take pictures of the sunrise and the volcanic group 5:30, Instagram-famous tree for photos with people + tree + volcanic group 6:00, depart from the mountaintop viewing platform to Bromo 8:00, arrive at the foot of Bromo 9:00, summit Bromo, take photos at the crater 9:30, return to the foot of the mountain, return trip 11:30, back to the hotel Note: There are Penanjakan1, Kingkong hill, and Love hill viewing platforms, I went to the highest first one, others are on the mountainside. Time varies depending on road conditions, I didn't encounter traffic jams when going up to the viewing platform and the car was parked very close, but it was jammed for 1 hour when coming down. 🧥【Preparation before departure】 🧣Dress suggestion: The temperature difference is big, you can wear long pants + short sleeves + fleece or thin down liner + shell jacket when departing, and take it off when it's hot. 🕶Protective gear: When climbing Bromo, it's quite sunny and there is a lot of volcanic ash, must-have mask + goggles or sunglasses + sunscreen, you can also buy a pair of cheap liberation shoes online and throw them away after wearing. 🌌Photography equipment: Need a tripod to take pictures of the galaxy (there is a separate note for mobile phone shooting, see the effect in P8-10). 🧃Food and water: There are sales at the scenic spots, bring as needed. ⚠【Precautions】 ✅ Penanjakan1 viewing platform for sunrise Instagram-famous tree🌳 needs to go through the protective net on the far right side of the mountaintop viewing platform, see P18, photo effect see P2, P5. Be sure to remember to take pictures of the galaxy. Souvenirs, fridge magnets 2w, see P17, pay attention to the difference between thick and thin wool hats with volcano logo, I bought the thick one for 2.5w, don't buy it at a higher price. Blankets 2w of average quality, wrap around the body or sit on it while waiting for the sunrise, still plays a role. There are many toilets but all charge a fee, 3k. ✅ Trekking Bromo When approaching the volcano, you can ask the driver to stop in a place with fewer people to take photos with people + jeep + volcano. Climbing the volcano is very physically demanding, you can ride a horse up and down to save trouble, be sure to bargain, 20w one-way can be bargained down to 10w. But even if you ride a horse, you need to climb some steps when you are close to the crater, see P15.
