There is also an observation room on the 4th floor that offers a scenic view of the Shinano River and Ohkouzu Water Diversion Channel. Guests can also catch a glimpse of the swans and other waterfowl.
The area outside the museum is used as a park, which features a waterway for playing in the water, an observation room for watching the fish swim along the water, and much more.
