Himawari Park

#thingstodo Not your average park. It is dedicated to learning how to bike. They allow you to rent bikes and also provides fake traffic lights to practice different situations. If you want to hang out without learning to bike there is a place for that too but it is overall not the largest place but still enjoyable. If you go past the Nagano Prefectural Office and head toward Kinashi Kaido, you will see Sunflower Park on your right.It is a transportation park and a place for people to relax.
