🌸❣️Maple Butter farm

#cherryblossom2024 We visited a Maple Butter farm and witness how they make maple buttle. Maple leaves are representative of Canadian and also unique for Maple syrup. In Quebec, they don’t use honey, they use maple butter and it has a French name. The locals in this city speak mostly French so it is really common to have French names for their products. The farmer pour the maple syrup pn a block of snow ice and we can use the stick it roll it up and eat it. So when the hot maple syrup touches the cold surface, it will solidify. There is no need to add any artificial ingredients.
