The village is not large in size, but the colors of the buildings here are very distinctive. Coloane Village of Our Lady of Ká-Hó, located on the southeast side of Coloane Island, the southernmost part of Macau, was built in 1885. It consists of five small houses of the leprosarium, a church, and a chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows. The chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows in Ká-Hó is a subsidiary chapel of the leprosarium.
