洛带古镇景区 or Luo Dai ancient town. From name it's clear this spot is located near to Luo Dai Great Wall (a few stops by bus). From the Chengdu center it is little bit far, requires long trip. The place is no doubt new made location for tourists. The old city is newly built ancient styled mentions and casas. Not a lot people are hanging out here. Generally, the place is expecting you just buy some gifts and take a lunch when everything is overpriced.
