🦞 Organt at The Wall Khonkaen has introduced over 10 new menu items to welcome the summer, this time bringing in a whole sea of ingredients, including big prawns and crabs, each dish is very tempting. Their food is fresh, clean, and prepared daily, especially the seafood which is incredibly fresh. 🥬 The special feature of the summer menu is the increased variety of dishes, while still maintaining the concept of catering to health-conscious individuals. Every dish they make, whether sweet or savory, feels like you're getting a workout when you eat it. The star of this summer is the Kalasin River Prawn 🦞, the giant claw prawn from the Northeast, which is as delicious as any other. Coming from the agricultural community of the Phu Sing pier brothers, the prawn meat is firm, sweet, and chemical-free. Paired with mango salad and a secret seafood sauce, it's the ultimate delight. 🦀 Following that is the soft-shell crab curry pasta, a smooth and creamy sauce with a well-rounded flavor, fragrant with curry spices, topped with crispy fried soft-shell crab and betel leaves, it's the best.
