Feasting at Sun Gourmet Kitchen

#weekendgetaways bring me to Johor Bahru for weekend feasting at 新煌亭 Sun Gourmet Kitchen which is open by a local celebrity. The crowd is not as much as before but still require a bit of waiting time if you come during peak hours. Their recommended dish is their crispy seafood porridge (pao fan) and you can choose which type seafood and soup base. They also have many other dishes which are popular too example their charcoal tofu, lobster, omelet and they serve a variety of drinks too. This restaurant also have outdoor seating but usually only open at night for outdoor seating. I prefer to sit inside, not so hot and a nicer environment.
