Henan

Jiyuan City. Fengxian Temple. Fengxian Temple, in order, are the mountain gate, Jade Emperor Hall, Three Purities Hall, with rooms and side halls on both sides. The main building, the Three Purities Hall, was rebuilt in the 24th year of Dading in the Jin Dynasty (1184 AD), and is a typical representative of China's Jin Dynasty architecture, with high historical, scientific and artistic value. Liu Dunzhen, a famous Chinese ancient architecture expert, highly praised this hall for its 'bold technique and unique thinking'. The temple also retains more than 20 subsidiary cultural relics, such as the Tang Dynasty 'Taishang Laojun Stone Statue Stele', the Northern Song Dynasty 'Emperor Zhangsheng's Imperial Poem and Record', and the Yuan Dynasty 'Wei Gong Daoxing Stele', which are precious.
