Historically valuable place

It just a memorial tower with clock. Beautiful location and tower. Nice walk heading up to it. There's a food court you can visit. It's a relaxing place to be - really cool to imagine what it might have been like back in the day, listening for the clock tower on the hour. The toilet is clean too.
