Death Valley National Park

Death Valley is the main part of the Mojave and Colorado Deserts Biosphere Reserve. It is located in the desert valley of California, USA, on the border between California and Nevada, east of the Nevada Mountains. Death Valley is 225 kilometers long, 6-26 kilometers wide, with an area of 1408 square kilometers. The canyon has cliffs on both sides and treacherous terrain, and is also the lowest and driest area in North America. It is also known as the "Dead Volcano". The best time to visit Death Valley is from early November to late April, suitable for tourism and sightseeing. The tourist spot is the 9-mile-long Artists Drive route at the foot of Black Mountain, and the entrance is 5 kilometers north of "Golden Canyon".
