YUJO SUSHI - BOGOR

Yujo is only a few days old, but is widely heard as the coolest Japanese restaurant in Bogor. After seeing the architecture of the building, it turned out to be really cool, the flower garden at the front beautifies Yujo, then a line of Japanese lanterns are greeted by the entrance. Entering the area in the restaurant, the focal point of the interior is an artificial cherry tree in the middle of the main sitting room, the lighting also seems shady, the sushi bar is at the back with lantern decorations. In addition to the main sitting room, there is also a private room with a garden view, this is really cute if all the renovations have been completed. The service is quite fast even though there are many visitors, fyi before opening hours at 11, the queue is already snaking. Even though it is written in the Instagram bio that you don't accept reservations, in fact when there are some guests who enter with the final words "already made a reservation" or maybe there are certain regulations that can be directly with the receptionist. The menu choices are quite numerous and tempting, mostly I order sushi, there is the Assorted Inari Bomb (42k) which consists of three Inari pieces with different toppings. Also order Yujo Aburi Sushi (85k) in the form of a lantern-shaped display with several variants of sushi sashimi. In my opinion, the sushi is the right size, the toppings are fresh, but the sour taste is quite sharp on the tongue, just as tight as the dressing in the Salmon Avocado Salad (32k), this makes the salmon and avocado lose their sad taste. #café#romanticrestaurant #cafe
