The two-person set meal is priced at 35,000 Korean won, which is quite affordable. Therefore, many students are seen dining and drinking here. Even after 11 pm, there is a crowd, which seems to indicate a good reputation for the restaurant. Upon seating, we originally intended to order a portion of pork belly and pork neck meat (each portion is 15,000 Korean won for meat only). The proprietress suggested we order a set meal which, besides having a larger quantity of meat, also comes with a vegetable platter. We followed the proprietress's suggestion and ordered a barbecued pork set meal and added a bottle of soju and a bottle of beer. Additionally, we ordered a serving of pork and kimchi soup. The quantity of pork is quite generous, and the friendly sister will grill it at your table. You just need to enjoy the complimentary side dishes with soju and beer. Once the sister has finished grilling, you can enjoy the barbecue feast. Seoul's barbecue restaurants are considered good as long as there is a bit of a crowd and the taste is decent! The pork has a low gamey taste, and the fat is very rich. Side dishes and kimchi are grilled together! In addition to neutralizing the greasiness, it also allows the vegetables to absorb the aroma of the fat. However, due to the rent in Hongdae, the complimentary side dishes are relatively few, but they can be refilled.
