I visited Hengdian World Studio ‘Palace of Emperor Qin’ and I was impressed with the architectural structure of the palace. The ground is huge and I spent 1.5 hours exploring the site including watching the coronation of the emperor performance. Costumes are available for rent where visitors can dressed up for picture taking mimicking their favourite film stars I.e Miyue 羋月 Many popular Chinese dramas were filmed here. As I am a fan of ancient costume dramas, I am glad to have the chance to step on the site where some scenes were filmed. Hengdian comprises of more than 10 studios but unfortunately I only managed to spend half day at this attraction while enroute to Hangzhou. To cover all the studios, perhaps will need to allocate at least 3-5 days as the studios are spread across the town and some sites are only open in the afternoon.
