The sour and refreshing taste of mint and lemongrass, and the finely chopped mackerel meat, and the chewy noodles! When you're tired from the hot Penang weather, if you eat a bowl of this Assam Laksa, it feels like you're getting energy. ✨My own Cafe : 2, Lbh Cannon, George Town, Pulau Pinang This place has been on the Michelin list for 2024 and 2025. The owner is really kind, and English communication is no problem at all. If you order spring rolls together and dip them in the laksa soup 👍 The spring rolls are crispy, really savory, and delicious.
