2 days, from Beijing to Chengdu, quick visit to Qingcheng Mountain, Dujiangyan, and Sanxingdui

🗓 Itinerary: D1🎈 🛫 Depart from Beijing at 8 am, arrive at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport on time at 10:40 am. 🚇 Take the subway for a little over an hour to reach Chengdu Xipu, 🚆 then catch the 12:56 pm intercity train to Qingcheng Mountain (missed the previous high-speed train by 3 minutes). 🚄 After getting off the train, take a taxi to Qingcheng Mountain scenic area. The driver, knowing my next stop, offered to keep my luggage in his car and drive me later. Arrive at Yingsheng Bridge, pay 10 yuan for a sightseeing bus into the scenic area, and check the ticket. At 2 pm, officially enter Qingcheng Mountain. 🚟 Round-trip by cable car, the rest of the time spent climbing normally. Leave the scenic area at 5 pm, take a taxi to Dujiangyan. Arrive at Dujiangyan Nanqiao at 5:30 pm, 5 minutes to the homestay. Organize and rest for an hour, 🍵 Go out for dinner at 6 pm, stroll through Xijie, and check in at Nanqiao Blue Tears. Return to the homestay at 9 pm to rest. D2:🎈 🚖 Take a taxi at 7:40 am to Dujiangyan Qinyanlou to enter the scenic area. Be the first to enter the park, casually find a guide, from high to low. The guide explained in detail the principle of Dujiangyan. This must be seen and heard on-site to understand. Leave the park at 10 am and return to the homestay. Pack up, buy snacks, and go to Dujiangyan Bus Center. 🚎 Take the bus at 11:50 am to Sanxingdui. Arrive at Guanghan Sanxingdui Museum at 1:30 pm. Meet up with the pre-arranged guide and team. Enter the museum at 2 pm. Finish the visit at 4:30 pm, buy souvenirs, and take a taxi to the high-speed train station. 🚄 Catch the high-speed train to Chengdu at 5:38 pm. Arrive in Chengdu at 6 pm and rush to the meeting place. In just 2 days, I semi-immersively visited 3 attractions. I think it was very fulfilling and compact, but not tiring. 21000 steps on the first day🦵, 15000 steps on the second day. Apart from Qingcheng Mountain being tough on the legs and knees, the rest was not tiring. I took the opportunity of coming to Chengdu for a meeting to visit 3 famous spots around the city before the meeting. I am very satisfied with this trip.
