KASH VEGA

What is it like to stay at a top homestay in Changsha?

I was overjoyed to have the chance to stay at the number one ranked homestay in Changsha, thanks to a friend. I must say, the experience was truly luxurious and classy. Tucked away in an alley off the bustling Huangxing Road pedestrian street, it faces the grain bureau, epitomizing the essence of tranquility amidst chaos. Before even entering, a tall iron gate greets you, exuding an aura of grandeur reminiscent of a deep, stately courtyard. The homestay features a spacious yard with a large tree, making for an incredibly cozy evening of tea and conversation. The bathing amenities and skin care products are all from lelabo, adding a touch of luxury. Moreover, breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are all clearly arranged. Their coffee, cakes, and the morning's pork fat mixed with noodles are unbelievably delicious. And right outside is a must-try Hunan rice noodle shop. The staff mentioned they offer a thirty-minute professional travel photography session, but as we were all gentlemen, we passed on the experience. Initially, I thought I had stumbled into heaven, such a perfect homestay, but then I saw the prices, usually over 1000 yuan, so there's room for nitpicking. For instance, there were too many mosquitoes in the outdoor yard, and after sitting for half an hour, the staff didn't offer to pour water or ask if we needed mosquito repellent. This aspect could be improved. Other than that, there's really nothing else to criticize.
