Restaurant in Bucharest with Unique Interior

In Bucharest, Romania, there is a restaurant and bar called Caru’ cu Bere, or “The Beer Cart”, which has over a 100 years of history. Being designated as a historical monument, it has retained its historical charm of stained glass windows, wooden furniture and Victorian style chandeliers. This place reminds me of the dining hall in Harry Potter movies. As it happened to be during the Halloween month, the restrooms had cute decorations to the theme with pumpkins and a scarecrow. This restaurant is famous with both locals and tourists, and it can get very crowded especially at night when people gather for a meal or drink after a long day. The pork knuckles is their signature dish. The two carving knives stuck into the meat and the really huge portion which is shareable between 2-4 pax depending on one's appetite makes it intimidating. #spooktaculartrip #tripblazers
