While strolling with friends near SKP, pondering over our dinner options, I chanced upon a hidden gem - a barbecue restaurant. 📍【Location】Situated at the southwest corner of the Blue Castle International Apartments on the west side of SKP, you will find an elevator leading to the second floor. Ascend to this level, and you will be transported into the charming world of barrel barbecue. 🏝️【Ambience】The corridor itself offers numerous photo opportunities, with adorable Totoro figures, oversized wine barrels, and a wall adorned with romantic quotes. Upon reaching the second floor, you are immediately immersed in the experience. 🏝️The restaurant boasts a spacious interior with elegant decor, and offers private rooms that ensure a high level of privacy. The largest room can comfortably accommodate groups of ten to twenty, making it an ideal choice for corporate team-building events. 🥬We started with a selection of appetizers to whet our appetite. The platter, consisting of spicy Korean cabbage, Taiwanese radish strips, and homemade solo garlic, comes highly recommended. Each dish has its unique charm, but the spicy Korean cabbage was my favorite - truly delicious and appetizing, heightening my anticipation for the main course. 🥩Their meat selection features unmarinated Wagyu beef, served with three types of barbecue dipping sauces. After preheating the grill for 3-5 minutes, you're ready to start grilling. If you prefer to engage in conversation with your friends and free up your hands, the staff can assist with the grilling, making the experience truly hassle-free. ⭐The grilled Wagyu pork belly, with its alternating layers of fat and lean meat, perfectly blends the flavors of the fat and the char. I particularly enjoyed pairing it with dry ingredients, which enhanced its aroma. ⭐The salt-grilled premium beef ribs are so delicious they don't even need a dipping sauce! Experience the natural flavor of the beef ribs, seasoned with salt, tender yet chewy. Wrapping it in seaweed also makes for a delightful treat. ⭐The M8 prime rib is truly top-notch! The thickness of the rib is just right. I prefer it grilled to medium-rare, with a charred exterior and a tender, juicy interior. The texture is simply divine! 🥰They also offer a Barrel Creative Unlimited Ingredients Pack, which is really fun! The two white items are marshmallows, which you can roast until golden brown and sandwich between soda crackers. The texture is truly unique, and I recommend all curious foodies to give it a try! 🍜The Barrel Cold Noodles are also a pleasant surprise. Served in a beautiful brocade box, they are visually appealing. After pouring the sauce and mixing it well, the dish is both delicious and refreshing, making it a perfect choice for summer. 🍓Their Daifuku is also quite unique, filled with strawberries and red bean paste. It's really delicious! Oh, and don't forget to check in and save the location for a little surprise. I absolutely love their red bean paste, which is super smooth, rich in bean flavor, and not overly sweet. Make sure to order one! [Fireworks] It was indeed a satisfying meal.
