The early morning flight often results in a journey that is both exhausting and rushed, with the anticipation of the early rise often disrupting the previous night's sleep. The decor post the rebranding is brighter and more vibrant, incorporating numerous Chinese and artistic elements. 👅Ming Court Chinese Restaurant ⏰Operating hours: 11:30-14:00, 17:00-21:30 A spiral staircase connects to the Ming Court Chinese Restaurant on the second floor, with the corridor adorned with artwork representing the 24 solar terms, adding an artistic flair to the space. Following in the footsteps of the Michelin-starred Ming Court in Hong Kong, it has been serving innovative Cantonese cuisine for years. The lunch menu offers an excellent value Cantonese dim sum buffet, featuring dozens of steamed dishes, desserts, cold dishes, fried foods, rice noodle rolls, porridge, noodles... all for a net price of 118 yuan, with no service charge and unlimited single orders. This price point is unbeatable even by societal dining standards. It's truly worth making a special trip with family and friends over the weekend to enjoy a close-up gourmet outing. The hotel offers free parking for those driving, or alternatively, it's convenient to take the subway to Terminal 3. The preserved millennium fruit with a rich plum flavor is very refreshing. A cup of chilled mango sago after the meal is invigorating. 🍜Dinner is a la carte Cantonese cuisine, innovative and exquisite. The large tiger prawns mixed with egg whites and cream form small balls, a novel and textured dish. The main course is smooth Japanese Inaniwa udon. The mango sago served in a tall glass is quite ceremonial, requiring you to pour the mango juice into the glass and stir it yourself. ☕In the afternoon, you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the Bites food store next to the lobby, open from 9-17:30, offering afternoon tea and snacks. 🍴The All-Day Dining Restaurant is open from 6:30-23:00 offering a buffet; 🍸The Tune Bar, open from 14:30-23:00, offers snacks, coffee, after-dinner drinks or cocktails, perfect for a quiet evening drink. The dim lighting and colorful bottles add to the ambiance, and you can also play checkers and chess. 🏋🏻️If you enjoy spa treatments or fitness, the aromatherapy oil treatment at the Chuan Spa, and the 25-meter indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool🏊🏻, hydro-massage pool, and fitness center with various fitness equipment can be used for relaxation and exercise. 🌿The room overlooks the West Lake Park, and a stroll along the small lake or on the lawn is quite relaxing. Occasionally, a large airplane flies by, a sight that is quite awe-inspiring and fuels the urge to travel. However, the soundproofing of the rooms is excellent, and the roar of the planes is not audible.
