I traveled to Taylor, Michigan to my family's hometown and reserved a room at raddison hotel and was so excited for my family and I to use the pool they had on pictures and worded indoor pool and indoor fully loaded bar and grill. of course, I called 30 minutes e.t.a and asked the front desk the time of pool closing and the desk had informed me that the pool and the bar are under renovation as for no pool and no bar. that is the reason I reserved that specific hotel dude to the activities we all can participate into. not tonsitbinbour =ion and do nothing. so I had to call the trip.xom trip.com customer service and talk to the person there and they were giving me a hard time about alone reimbursement and some extra points sincebits their fault for having thay up on post. they only have gave me 40 points first 9 points they wanted to give me. joke bug joke. dont ever join this trip app . the employees dont ever give a damn about there mistakes and make it right they are greedy ficjs.

The staff was very friendly and everyone was given an opportunity to upgrade their seat if the choose too at a very low discount price. I had extra leg room and all three seats were empty. I had an excellent vacation visiting my son and his family. Another grandson born 9/3/24 Jackson. Another precious gift from God.
