Hotel Samos is a great option if you want to stay in Magaluf and be close to all the fun, the beach, and the nightlife. 🌴🍹 The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with balconies to enjoy the view. The location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach and the famous Magaluf strip. The pool area is lively with a great atmosphere, perfect if you like music, cocktails, and social vibes. 🎶🍸 I stayed here on a holiday trip and it was the perfect base to explore the island during the day and enjoy the nightlife in the evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I found this to be a delightful little spot to enjoy some fun during a holiday. It's a good idea to get your tickets from the hotel since they're slightly cheaper that way, and it allows you to return on another day to complete some rides—just make sure to keep your band on or hold onto the receipt. The price is very reasonable for what's offered, especially with the ability to revisit. The only odd thing is you're limited to using the splash slide and soft play just once during your stay, whereas the other activities are unlimited. Food and drinks were tasty and definitely worth the cost.

Stayed as a family from August 12 to 19, 2026, with an 18-month-old baby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We had room 221, city-side, where there was some noise in the evening, but it was quite manageable once the window was closed. The air conditioning in the room worked excellently, which is rare for this type of hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were flavorful and fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic—right at the foot of the town center and the large beaches. Gabriel from the animation team was outstanding 👍 and Ester in the dining area was top-notch 👍. The only downside was the lack of shade on the bar terraces; adding more umbrellas or shade sails would be beneficial. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and we rank this stay among our top 5 experiences (out of about 25 similar hotel stays over the last 10 years).

We got back today from a last-minute short trip for my partner's birthday, and we couldn't fault this place in any way. The entire venue was absolutely spotless. Although this is the smallest all-inclusive resort I’ve been to, the food was outstanding compared to others. Our room was stunning, even though we didn’t book the best option since it was just a 4-day stay. The shower was fantastic—hotels often lack in this area, but not here. We truly loved this place and would return in a heartbeat. The reserved sunbeds around the pool didn’t bother us, as we much preferred the ones in the beautifully maintained garden. Special mention to Gabriel—although we didn’t join many activities, he is absolutely brilliant at what he does! The staff as a whole couldn’t have been better. A heartfelt thank you for the birthday touch in the room—it was a lovely surprise to see after I had set up balloons. 🎈💙

Choose rooms in the park buildings—they’re very pleasant. You can fully enjoy the beautifully maintained park. The staff truly goes out of their way to cater to your needs. Dining at Sa Clastra is genuinely a poetic experience in every sense. Perfect location to explore the west; it’s a bit farther if you’re looking for sandy beaches.

The views over the sea, the pools, and the grounds were stunning, and the room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed. Just returned from a long weekend that was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a swim-up room, ideally located near the Prestige bar. The hotel staff were phenomenal—right from our Thursday evening check-in until our departure yesterday, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting at an outdoor table every morning. The Prestige Level perks like cava, snacks, and a separate pool were delightful. Having sunbeds included with our swim-up room made mornings stress-free, allowing us to take our time waking up. On our last day, anticipating rainy weather, my daughter and I booked Lomi Lomi massages. It turned out to be one of the best massages I've ever had, and the spa team was wonderfully welcoming. I also appreciated the water refill stations on every floor—something we used often. The hotel's strong focus on sustainability was a nice touch. The only downside was that some parts of the property could use a bit of maintenance—for instance, our bath showed signs of age—but this was a minor issue. While Santa Ponsa itself wasn’t very impressive, we took a short 10-minute taxi ride to Palma Nova for dinner one night, which was lovely. Overall, it was an incredible stay. Absolutely loved it!

Good location, but it's advisable to rent a car if you don’t plan to stay around the hotel. The best snorkeling spot I found on the island is right next to the hotel in Cala Antena (see photo). Nearby beaches within walking distance include Cala Antena (very close) and Cala Domingos (8-10 minutes away). With a car, it was easy to visit the stunning bays along the island’s southeastern coast (mostly west of the hotel) as well as Alcudia and Formentor in the northeast. I didn’t get to explore Serra Tramuntana with its winding roads, as it’s a 2-hour drive. I did visit Palma on the last day before my late return flight. The quality of food in the all-inclusive meals and snacks was quite good. There’s plenty of daytime entertainment around the pool, which seemed great, although I didn’t participate in it.

Booked a quick holiday for 3 nights without much research and opted for half board since all-inclusive hotels can be hit or miss with food. That decision proved right, as there were plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Though it’s not our usual type of trip, we enjoyed the beachfront location and superior room with rooftop access. No need to fight for sunbeds—heading up at 10:30 after breakfast was hassle-free every day. The place seems to attract mixed opinions, probably due to having many loyal regulars; for us, it was fine, as we preferred dining and drinking outside the hotel. The rooms were decent, somewhat small and basic but perfect for a few nights. The balcony, however, was fantastic—spacious and impressive. Overall, we liked the hotel and would recommend it for a brief stay.

We had a fantastic time. After our cruise, we stayed here and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food was very good, with a great selection and excellent variety. The dessert section was especially fantastic. Our standard room was spacious enough for two and included a balcony. The evening entertainment during our stay was enjoyable as well. It was our first time in the Palma Nova resort, and we truly liked it.

The location is perfect for Palma Nova beach. The staff are all outstanding, and in the restaurant, Elia and Tiscar were exceptionally friendly and pleasant. The entertainment was enjoyable, especially Stargaze, who displayed remarkable talent. The food offered a variety of options, including salads, meats, fish, and themed nights. The beach is conveniently located right outside, and the Palma Nova side is especially lovely. Rooms come with balconies and are cleaned daily.

This is a lovely small hotel, perfectly situated for those who enjoy a mix of lively city life and beach relaxation. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The Hotel Manager is notably hands-on, frequently engaging with guests and ensuring their comfort. The standard rooms, though compact, are newly renovated and very clean. Our room faced the street, but the soundproofing was effective—occasional noises like a loud motorcycle or an old bus were not bothersome. The walk-in showers are impressively spacious relative to the room size, adding a touch of convenience. The main pool is modest in size, but since most guests spend their time at the beach, it never felt crowded. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, boasting a luxurious Cleopatra-style soaking pool, sunbeds, an All-Inclusive bar, and stunning panoramic views—a delightful bonus. Located just across the street from the picturesque Platja de na Nadala (Playa de Palmanova), the hotel offers excellent beach access. While no dedicated sunbeds are available for guests, you can rent standard sets for €20–€25 daily, splurge on Bali-style options for €35, or opt for the budget-friendly choice of a towel on the sand. For added convenience, nearby shops sell foldable umbrellas for as little as €10. The dining experience is satisfying, with food that's solid but not extraordinary. The All-Inclusive drink offerings feature decent local spirits with a good variety of about 10 popular cocktails. The accommodating bartenders are happy to craft custom drinks upon request. Where could the hotel improve? The early closure of the All-Inclusive Lounge Bar at 11 PM is disappointing for a destination with such a vibrant nightlife. Additionally, beach towels are only replaced weekly, which feels inadequate. More frequent replacements—at least every second day or on request—would enhance the guest experience, particularly as the towels quickly gather sand, salt, or chlorine. In conclusion, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a stay in the heart of a lively beach town, mere steps from a stunning shoreline. However, it's less ideal for families with children due to the absence of child-focused amenities like waterparks or animation programs. Highly recommended for those looking for fun, relaxation, and convenience in equal measure!

I stayed at these apartments from July 23 to 28, 2026, with my friends and was quite satisfied. To clarify, the rumors about the hygiene level of the structure are true, but these apartments are designed for young people looking to have fun in Magaluf without spending too much, not for families with high expectations. That said, the positives are many: an excellent location right in the center, a vibrant atmosphere full of young people, great opportunities to socialize and meet others, friendly and helpful staff, and decent organization. I recommend these apartments to groups of young people seeking a lively vacation, ready to step out of their comfort zones and have a blast.

We travel abroad several times a year as a family, and this hotel has been one of the best family-friendly places we've experienced! While the rooms are not very large and storage is limited (as per other reviews), we came prepared with an over-the-door hanging shoe storage, which worked well for organizing clothes. Above the bed, there’s a narrow shelf that we used for items like hairbrushes and our daughter's nightlight. We booked two superior rooms, each with 2 adults and 1 child, located next to each other. The rooms had two large single beds, a pull-out sofa bed (we added cushions to fill the gap), a balcony with seating and a drying rack. The kids’ club staff were amazing; one lady in particular was a fantastic entertainer who could easily have her own TV show! Cleanliness was also top-notch. Our room was thoroughly cleaned each day — from mopped floors to remade beds. The dining areas and outdoor spaces were spotless as well. The food was great, and even our picky 7-year-old enjoyed every meal. She had no trouble finding items like chips, plain pasta, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, ice cream, and sausages. The self-serve snack bar during the day was a lifesaver, allowing her to snack whenever she needed. For the adults, there was a new themed dinner every night, paired with staple items such as salad and pasta. One chef from the show cooking station prepared some remarkably flavorful meat dishes. Evening entertainment varied nightly, and the foam party was a big hit with our children. The entertainment area was accommodating for those who wanted to sit away from the more chaotic events. There were always sunbeds available, though often further from the pool, as some guests reserved them early in the day without actually using them until much later — unfortunately, hotel management didn’t address this. However, the lifeguards reserved some sunbeds near the pool for disabled guests, ensuring equitable access. All the lifeguards were very vigilant and did a top-notch job overseeing the two pools — a small shallow one and a larger, deeper one. The drinks system using tokens worked well in limiting overconsumption, and the self-serve stations for soft drinks and bar service were efficient, even during busy evenings. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, keeping us cool despite the “feels like 40°C” temperatures outside. Noise from the entertainment area was muffled enough that our toddler could sleep soundly. The hotel’s location is ideal, around six minutes’ walk from the beach and close to many shops, including an Aldi—very handy when we ran out of nappies! Each superior room includes a fridge, which was convenient for storing milk for our toddler. The nearby amusement park offers a mix of free and paid attractions. We enjoyed unlimited access to mini golf and laser games for €15 per person. Activities like the upside-down house were entertaining for both kids and adults, and entry required adult supervision, which we appreciated. There are useful tips like bringing socks for the Softplay area. The pools also had organized activities, like water polo and water carpets for the kids, which were safely managed. The main downside was the behavior of some guests. Many parents allowed their children to roam unsupervised, creating disturbances on multiple occasions — kids running and yelling in corridors after 10 pm or playing football recklessly in the entertainment area, which led to injuries. Though staff sometimes intervened and security was called during some incidents, it would be better if the hotel had a designated space for evening football activities. We did notice a limited number of plug sockets in the room—one near the master bed and another under the foldaway table—so we'd recommend bringing an extension lead. Despite minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. It’s a fantastic place for a family vacation, provided guests ensure proper supervision of children to guarantee a relaxing experience for everyone.

Room The room is a decent size, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, the balcony view wasn’t great. The beds are comfy, and the TV offers a good selection of channels. Overall, I’d rate the room 4.5 stars! Food The food here is really good. Meal times are fairly reasonable, and the menu changes daily, especially in the evenings. They offered a variety of cuisines like Asian, Mexican, Spanish, and even a special Katmandu-themed night. Both breakfast and lunch options were also satisfying, and desserts were decent. Although I’m a picky eater, the food exceeded my expectations. I’d give it 4.9 stars! Pool The pool is nice but tends to get crowded. I expected it to be larger, but it’s okay overall. Floats are allowed, but they need to be smaller than 60cm, so lilos aren’t permitted. Although one rule mentioned reserving towels wasn’t allowed, ours weren’t removed even after an hour. Activities like blue mat games, water polo, and water basketball add some fun, but there’s no music around the pool. Conveniently, there’s a snack shack and bar nearby. I’d rate the pool 4 stars! Entertainment Night entertainment is hit or miss, but mainly enjoyable. It’s mostly geared towards kids, including a mini disco for younger ones. I’d give the entertainment a solid 4 stars! The Katmandu Park The Katmandu Park is fantastic! It has mini golf with two courses, an upside-down house (the highlight for me), a 4D experience, a laser challenge, a soft play area, a splash park, and more. Though I didn’t try everything, the park was great overall. It can get busy as it’s open to the public. I’d rate it 4.9 stars! Other The staff are very kind and friendly. Drinks are served using a token system—you hand over your token to get a drink, and once finished, you can exchange it for another drink or token. While it means you can’t grab multiple drinks at once, it makes sense. Hotel This is a great hotel, particularly for families with kids, and even has appeal for teenagers. Overall, I’d give it 4.2 stars out of 5. I’d definitely return, especially if traveling with kids—they’re sure to enjoy it!

Beautiful hotel just a few meters from Magaluf beach, very close to restaurants and fast-food spots. The rooms are clean, and the staff is extremely kind. The air conditioning works perfectly. Excellent breakfast. If you don’t have an umbrella, just ask at reception, and they’ll provide one for free. No disturbing noises at night, even though it’s right in the heart of Magaluf’s nightlife.

So, I’ll give you my honest review of the hotel. We came as 2 adults and 2 children during the summer holidays in August (we’re still here now and fly back in 3 days). We stayed at the Magnus Suite, which was pretty quiet—I didn’t hear any noise from anyone. This could be because we were in an apartment. The food is nice, so I don’t understand why people are complaining. The desserts and cakes are amazing! I mainly ate fish, and the chips were good too. Turkey and grilled kebabs were quite tasty! Guests staying at the Magnus side can have breakfast and dinner in their own restaurant, which is way less crowded compared to the other side. You can eat lunch there too, but since it’s smaller, you’d need to go to the other restaurant for lunch. They also have an all-inclusive snack bar offering pizza, chips, burgers, etc. The drinks at the Magnus restaurant and snack bar are excellent—Fanta, Coke, Sprite, etc. directly from the tap, but at the other restaurant, the tap drinks tasted unpleasant. The maids need to improve their cleaning, as I can see why people complain about this. I had to go to the reception a few times to report the issue. There’s a PS3 in the rooms, but we didn’t use it; you can rent controllers and games for a deposit. The hotel features four swimming pools, a kids’ slide pool, and larger slides that adults can use. These slides are fast! The pool with the slides is heated, though not fully hot but warm. The gym is outdoors and has equipment like a bench press, lat pull-down, and weights. The football pitch is small but great for kids, and they play twice or three times a week in organized groups. We booked a 6-day stay with Jet2 for £3,300 for 2 adults and 2 children. Honestly, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, as I’ve been to much cheaper 5-star hotels in Turkey with more activities. But since it’s the summer holidays, the prices are inflated. Instead of using Jet2 transfers (which reportedly take 2 hours), we rented a car for £71 through Skyscanner from Record Go. We had to pay a €1,400 deposit with a credit card, but we also purchased separate insurance online for £15 to cover any damages—it’s not necessary, but it’s for peace of mind. The process was smooth, with the car park located opposite the airport. The hotel provides lots of free parking spaces as well. The games room opens from 3 PM to 6 PM and supposedly has computers, gaming stations, and maybe PS5s. We haven’t visited it yet. Lidl is a 5-minute walk away, while the beach is a 15-minute walk downhill and uphill on the way back. The AC in our Magnus Suite was very effective, but the only downside was that it was located in the room with the sofa bed, not the main bedroom. The TV was also in the sofa bed room. Surprisingly, the sofa bed turned out to be more comfortable than the regular bed! It’s a smart TV, but the WiFi was poor, so I resorted to using my phone’s hotspot. We purchased an eSIM for £10 for our stay, which provided strong signal for streaming YouTube and Netflix. Despite the negative reviews, the hotel isn’t as bad as some people make it out to be. However, it’s definitely not worth the price and doesn’t feel like a 4-star—a solid 3-star at best. The cleaning staff need to step up, and the hotel could do more to entertain children with free arcade games and similar activities. One more complaint: queuing for drinks with about 15 other people is frustrating—they need more snack bars. I didn’t drink much on this holiday due to the low quality of alcoholic drinks—Smirnoff vodka, etc., at Magnus restaurant. They did have Jack Daniel’s, but it cost €6. Even their JB Scotch whiskey wasn’t enjoyable when paired with overly diluted Coke. Drink quality varied: some bars like the snacks bar were excellent (10/10), while other bars were mediocre (5/10). They also offer cocktails, free slushies, ice cream in tubs or red cherry lollies, which were nice. Magnum ice creams cost €2.50, and popcorn from machines was €2. Overall, it’s not as bad as the reviews suggest, so try to enjoy your holiday!

We were looking to relax for a few days on Mallorca. Naturally, we wanted to avoid the party zones and find something peaceful, pleasant, and beautiful—and thankfully, we found it. The Hotel CALA FORNELLS met all our expectations. Equally important were the staff members, who deserve special mention. From reception to the rest of the hotel, everyone was competent, friendly, and helpful. Carlos at reception stood out, not least because he speaks fluent German. The rooms are spacious enough, and the view of the bay is stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves each morning was an absolute delight. Both breakfast and dinner left almost nothing to be desired. The buffet was always well-maintained and never appeared "picked over" at any point.

This was our second visit to the hotel, and once again, we had an excellent stay. It's one of those places where you feel you can return without hesitation — in fact, we're already looking forward to coming back next year! The location is fantastic, very close to the beautiful Son Matias Beach, as well as transport options, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants. For families traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice. The children's pool with slides is amazing and an absolute hit with our kids. The kids’ entertainment program is also excellent, offering plenty of activities and fun moments. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms with kitchenettes are a significant bonus, giving us the flexibility to prepare some meals when needed. Finally, we want to highlight the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was very attentive, but we’d like to give a special mention to Chef Manuel, Barby, and Maria Jesus, who made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for relaxed holidays, especially for families with children. We hope to return next year!
