I made the reservation, paid and arrived and they told me that I had canceled the reservation. They acted incorrectly, saying that the reservation did not exist and that I had canceled, which is a lie because in addition to paying, I had not canceled my expense of 200 francs for the train. You are the ones who should have refunded it, in addition to compensation for damages! Avoid this company, it has the worst management of apartments.
