Cozy Hotel, very close to the old town in Chiangmai but still very quiet. Friendly and helpful stuff. The breakfast was simple but ok.

Located about 40 metres from the main road in a quiet soi, about 400 metres from the Tha Pae gate, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Pleasant and professional staff, a small boutique character hotel with all rooms overlooking the pool and open pavilion. I had rooms 102 and 205, both smallish rooms suitable for one or two people, there are larger rooms available, the bathrooms were a bit dark, better bulbs would fix it. The pavilion is open on three sides with comfortable seating, the pool has a shallower area suitable for small children and a deeper, larger area. I will stay here again

Excellent! Super! Invincible! I wanted to try two hotels during my six-day trip to Chiang Mai, but the Thai was too comfortable, so I stayed in the hotel for six nights. The swimming pool in the middle of the yard is beautiful and clean. After breakfast every day, I soaked in the pool with my children, and then went out to the night market after a nap. It is also very close to Thapae Gate and 711 is a few steps away. It is convenient for everything. Thank you for meeting such a happy hotel!
