The room was big and worm in winter was perfect
Everything was great even breakfast
Only WiFi signal was very poor always disconnected the WiFi
I think there are should increase the number of access point in order to have good coverage

This hotel has a little difference between the outside and the inside. The appearance is beautiful but the inside makes me feel a lot. In such a good hotel, I changed from the sea view room to the ordinary room when I checked in the wrong room. The word respect here does not reflect luxury and beauty on the outside. The service, food and location was outstanding! We had a separate room for our family event. Everthing was very well prepared. Nice atmosphere. The view from the terrace is beautiful: the lake, the hills, the mountains and the city of Zurich - amazing. The building itself and the surroundings are beautiful. The food was very delicious, served in a very appealing way and all served at the same time. Our waiter Denis was fantastic. He has the right balance between great interaction with the people, awesome humor and superb professionalism. No wishes were left open. Many thanks to the entire team for this fantastic evening, you did an amazing job!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The whole place is serene and peaceful with a beautiful forest to go walking in. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a whole range of fresh options. They also have a real emphasis on sustainability which is always a huge plus. Despite not being in the centre of town it’s very well connected and easy to travel into town. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

The room was nice but for a four star hotel rather small--basically nearly no room to do pushups on the floor. The food is not good enough for a four star hotel. The fruit was totally unripe. The dishes are not well presented. The viewl, though, is exceptional over Lake Zürich and into the Alps of Glarus.

We had fish and poulet. The trouts were impeccable. The poulet wasn't bad but the vegetables around were too ambitious and lacking a well-defined flavor. All in all it's a nice place with awesome view of Zurich and the Lake. After eating out on the lake it was a refreshing change climbing up with Tram 6 to the Zurichberg and enjoy the mountain view and fresh air.
