酒店服務到位，尤其是前台的二位小美女姍姍和唯唯，真的是非常熱情周到，有求必應！酒店的服務設施也非常人性化智能化；房間衞生整潔乾淨，房間設施完善舒適；酒店的早餐也是非常不錯，品種齊全可口！

對於一個新酒店來説還是可以的，房間衞生硬件設施等基本達標，機器人送水。房間電視功能不全，免費電影看幾分鐘後提示收費，投屏功能還是可用；前台咖啡機老提示水量不足，去體驗了兩次都要自己去加水；新酒店流程磨合不夠可以理解，早餐粉面人員不穿工作服不戴帽子手套讓人不舒服，如果不是看着，下粉的就差點沒把掉工作枱麪的粉給糊弄進去了；餐廳的整潔程度待改善；臨街窗户隔音效果可以再加強一點

特地訂了面積最大的房型，桔子酒店位置很好，大廳前面就有一圈免費停車位，不需要去地下停車場。
喜歡衞浴區，設計很漂亮，外面氣温−2度，室內暖氣26度非常舒適，晚上不用蓋被子睡覺。
有橙汁橙子礦泉水，房間乾淨整潔，菲菲服務態度很好。

酒店裝修和用品很漂亮很新，服務也很周到，新年還放了賀卡汽水，很温馨，設施（燈，窗簾，馬桶）都是智能的，水龍頭也是恆温38度的，價格也便宜，很贊
