酒店總體來説還是很不錯的，乾淨衞生，設施也比較新，前台服務態度比較好，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的；如果能送免費的早餐就更完美了，畢竟現在很多酒店都送，也值不了幾個錢（前台説價值38元，成本不過5元而已）。

千里迢迢去到酒店，大堂完全沒有暖氣，冰冷刺骨。到了房間空調半天才暖。沒有熱水！完全沒有熱水！一直到第二天八點才有一點暖水，算不上熱水。被單上有黑色的東西。體驗感非常差。住了無數次維也納國際，最糟心的一次！
