房間蠻好的挺乾淨 位置也很好 就是電視下的藍色燈光閃爍的讓人無法入睡 6點辦理入住得知至少兩個小時以後才能入住 但是前台立馬給換了一個房間 態度十分可以 晚上要洗澡時 發現沒有熱水 詢問前台得知熱水壞了師傅在搶修態度十分温和並且在一個多小時以後來熱水時打電話提醒 空調調到最低但是室內温度卻在上漲 在悶熱的天氣讓人有些難以入睡 酒店還在房間裏貼心的準備了咖啡糖果 還有一點十分貼心 我點了外賣放在了床上一下沒發現下邊漏油使得被罩染上了紅油十分難以清洗 但是酒店方還是貼心的提出了兩個方案 要不賠償260要不讓我帶出去給洗乾淨拿回來 我是真的覺得貼心還可以這樣解決問題 不過因為我確實是因為出差時間有些緊張並不能帶出去清洗所以選擇了方案一 酒店方也是十分配合的達成共識解決掉了我造成的這個麻煩 祝酒店越來越好 生意興隆
