Nice hotel, not that easy to find, but nice room and and relaxing

It was a very cheap price but for a reason. The hotel room itself was fine. The bed was extremely firm - but for me that's not an issue as I like it that way. The room was not cleaned properly and was grubby. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and when I could not find it to start with but was greeted with a staff member on a segway to help me find my way.
